There is so much conversation about elections in this country, and elections are a very important part of our lives; it determines who is going to govern us. As believers we ought to be even more diligent about who we elect to govern our spiritual life. “Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 1:10-11 NKJV). There must be no doubt of whom we have put in charge of our lives here on earth.

We cast our vote each and every day; knowing it or not. We are actively campaigning for whom we desire to govern our lives. Whom we choose is going to have a great effect on our life and our eternity. Continue reading →
